As one of our patients, your care will be managed by two distinct teams:

Our reception team manage the administrative side of your care. This includes care co-ordination to make sure you receive and complete all the care you need. We use the most up-to-date systems and technologies, and to contact you we prefer to use email and sms messaging. If you'd prefer the personal touch of a phone call please let us know when booking an appointment.

Our clinical team consists of a dentist, a dental hygienist and a dental chairside assistant. They will listen to your needs and desires, undertake a comprehensive examination of your mouth, teeth and gums, and most likely take radiographs. Photographs and models may also be required to help in planning your care.

The clinical team will then develop a tailored treatment plan outlining your care needs, alternative treatment options, costs and appointments required, which is then co-ordinated by our reception team. The result is that you are kept well informed on all aspects of your dental care and we involve you in decisions relating to your dental health.
